Osokunatte Sumimasen
Gomen gomen! It’s been a while since I came to chat. That last couple of weeks have been kind of crazy. All I remember is that there were lots of moving involved, loss of sleep, and a whole lotta partying. Brace for a really long blog…
Ok well Spring Break is here and I guess it doesn’t really feel like spring break unless you’re in school. Technically we’re in school but as teachers we can’t really appreciate the authenticity of “spring break.” Unlike Hawaii or the rest of the frickin’ world, teachers are required to come to school on spring break. So there maybe no students but the staff is there. Doing what? Probably nothing. People usually go on trips or take paid leave but it seems like you would want to take that vacation on another holiday season. Then you might ask, “where are you, Chris?” Well for us FLT’s we have a choice to either go to our home base school and sit with the other teachers and do nothing or come to the central Education Center and do nothing. Usually this place is where you would come if you needed to make props like flash cards or signs or whatever but during non-teaching days this place is popular to FLT/ALT’s of Kyoto City. Even during spring break you may find a handful of people here just relaxing and trying to look busy. For the two weeks Krystal and I are will be here “just chillin.”
Well it’s been about 2 weeks in our new apartment and it’s pretty cool. We just got a bed delivered to us on Monday. When you’re sleeping on a futon for over 6 months the bed is just bliss. It makes it really hard to wake up in the mornings. And on top of that we’re buying our friend’s couch off him today for about 100 bucks. So after today our place will be perfectly furnished. Kind of weird having a place of your own, unlike the place I had before this new place really feels like home. I can imagine myself living in an apartment back home that had a decent kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a bedroom. Also living with Krystal is a new feeling. Before we had our own separate places to retreat to but the furthest one could retreat would be bathroom or balcony. Actually the toilet is in a separate room so it does make a nice thinking place. Not that I’ve needed to retreat in the past 1 and a half weeks. J
Last week we went to a friend's gig in Osaka. His band is called the purple veins and he calls his type of music barnyard rock. They’re actually pretty good and sing about the funniest things. Anyway we were in a shady part of Osaka and the things we found and did is something I rather not discuss so openly on this public journal. So if you do want to hear the story post a comment and I’ll send you an email version of the story. But as a teaser lets just say that it was a mind blowing as well as my virgin consumption experience.
Other than that Krystal and I have been left broke with our wallets and bank accounts dry. There seems like there are a lot of people taking a Tokyo trip this coming week and where will Krystal and I be? We’ll be at the educational center trying to fall asleep. Actually the Education Center has been semi-interesting with D&D being played here. We ask for a room with a white board and go on our quests. Occasionally you have a teacher poke their head in to see if the room is occupied but we carry on as if we were in the middle of a very deep conversation. Which we usually are, for example: how the hell are we going to defeat a giant spider that seems to have some kind of magical glass cloak? Any ideas?
BREAK IT DOWN…the spider…
Home Sweet Home
And a sweet home it is. This past weekend was a three day one to celebrate the first day of spring. And how is the first day of spring? Frickin’ raining. But then again lots of stuff went down this past weekend that can’t make me spirits down.
Although last week Thursday St. Patrick’s day, Krystal and I had to pass on the night of green beer because of the procrastinated moving schedule. We got a lot of stuff done but we still had to pass on the Friday night festivities with some other JET folkas well. Anyway Saturday finally came and we knew it was going to be very tiring day.
We got up fairly early Saturday morning to do some last minute cleaning. Then we had the pleasure of the MIICH to get the rental van and drive it through the heart of Kyoto City, with all of our crap stuffed to the roof. We had the van for about 5 hours but surprisingly we were able to finish in about 3. I would like to send a personal THANK YOU to: William, MIICH, Kevin, Val, Colleen, Steve, Amie and Scott for making moving day especially easy for us. The day ended with a total gluttony-fest at a yakiniku place. The beer and beef flowed like water to our table and I’m sure that everyone was pretty stuffed after we left. It was the least we could do since people were hung over, others had prior engagements, people cam eon their lunch break, and others decided to help us even though a day of vegging was on their schedule. Thanks Guys we couldn’t have done it without you.
The new place the Rez-O is AWESOME! I believe the apartment is the size of Krystal and my old apartment put together. Not to mention the balcony we have so we may be able to dry our clothes just like everyone else. Everything about the new place is bigger. The only thing bad was I was late this morning because I had to turn off a lot of lights that were left on in almost every single room thanks to Krystal. Nothing like a nice run to the train station to start the day.
On Sunday we had our trip to Costco. We had Kevin came this time as well as other newbies like An-Chan and Akiko. An-Chan brought her son Hikaru and he was the cutest 5 year old I’ve seen here in Japan. At first he was very shy and wouldn’t even like look us in the face but by the time we were in Costco he was laughing and playing around with s. It’s so funny how Costco brings people out of their shells, like James. We got home around 7:3- but still needed to do some shopping so went to the nearest department store to buy a couple of shelves and other household necessities.
Monday we even a cooler day. We went to Osaka to check out the Spring Sumo tournament. The past few months we have been involved in sumo so it was cool to check out the place we see on T.V. every other month. If you thought that sumo wrestlers were big you haven’t seen them in real life. These guys are huge and I don’t mean just fat, but HUGE! It really hit me when I saw a wrestler named Ama. On T.V. he looks like the guy that is awkwardly small in the silk mawashi (sumo belt). But in real life he was a good foot taller than me and I knew that he could probably take me out with just one hit. For lunch we went to Kua’Aina Burgers. It was kind of weird because I’ve only eaten at Kua’Aina’s a few times back home so when we went there for lunch it still felt a little foreign to me. Nevertheless the burger and fries were awesome.
At the tournament we went looking for wrestlers to get autographs and stuff and guess who we run into? MUSHASHIMARU! Man that guy is huge! Supposedly one of he great yokozunas to ever battle on the clay arena it was truly an honor to meet him. Krystal was wearing her HAWAII sweat shirt and I had on a loud orange and yellow aloha shirt so he immediately warmed up to us.
Me: May I get an autograph?
Mushashimaru: ok… you from Hawaii?
Me: Yes
Mushashimaru: From which part?
Me: Honolulu, Kaimuki side.
Mushashimaru: Oh-yeah? Kaimuki-side?
Me: This is so awesome that I get to meet Mushashimaru.
Mushashimaru: So wat some Hawaiians doing in Osaka.
Me: We’re actually in Kyoto teaching English to elementary school kids.
Krystal: We’re teaching them the Aloha spirit and some hula. Heehee
Me: Also some local pidgin.
Mushashimaru: Good good.
He was a man of little words but it was till awesome to meet him. (The conversation wasn’t exactly like the one above but it was the jist of it) Sumo ROCKS!
So its Tuesday and it’s the last day of school for my Tuesday school. Kind of sad to say goodbye but the thing is that I might come back. I wouldn’t mind coming back here, I think all the students like me. Actually while on the computer writing this out a couple of fourth graders came into the staff room to say good bye one last time. So sweet huh? Anyway this is getting long, talk to you dudes later.

The Last Friday...
Dammit I knew this was going to happen. I miss my kids already. I had my usual Friday school but with the sixth graders out of sight it was a good day. I had three fourth grade classes and a fifth grade class. The fifth graders wanted to play dodge ball one last time so we went out to the muddy field and played. At first I did my usual dodging but then the fifth graders started to get really serious. Anyway this girl on the other team was able to get the ball from all the boys that were hogging it so I just stood there trying to pretend that I didn’t notice she had the ball. Anyway she totally throws a fastball and originally I intended to dodge it but it came too fast and I had to catch it. It caught me so off guard that it almost knocked the wind out of me. I did manage to catch the ball but I needed to take a few seconds to get my breath back. Then all the kids ohhhed and ahhhed and the homeroom teacher was laughing her head off. It was fun to end the year playing dodge ball with them.
The fourth graders were also really good and enjoyable. They wanted to play fishy fishy since the fifth graders made such a big deal about it two weeks before. So basically I was out on the field all day. The last fourth grade class was planning to go out onto the field but the sixth graders took the whole place and we were forced to choose a different game. Surprisingly they wanted to play Heads up Seven up. What a classic game! The very first time I did a lesson with them during the extra 10 minutes or so we played Heads up seven up. I didn’t think they liked that game very much but it seemed to be really popular today.
We’ve been doing some crazy last minute things for our move TOMORROW! At first we thought that we had a driver for the rental van but it turned out that no one was available Saturday morning. Krystal and I desperately trued to find someone and at the last moment someone did! It was the MIIIICH, who the better half of Mr. Titus. Actually he was originally going to help us with the driving but because of a toe modeling session he can’t. Of all things to tell us, Toe Model? Like we wouldn’t question that even more when someone says they model toes on the side. How weird is that? Then again Lisa made a huge sack of money when she modeled her toes for the new McDonald’s fries commercial. I hear that she’s using that money to go to Korea. Nah just joke. HAHAHAHAHA. Anyway the MIIICH can drive so the move should goes as smoothly as scheduled.
Only an hour or so left before I won’t come to this school again. I wonder if the teachers know that the sixth graders are a handful and are also relieved that they will be moving on. If it weren’t for them I might have been ok to come back to this area next year.

I'M A STAR!
Ok so today was my absolute last day as far as this year goes for my Wednesday school, Oyabu. I really enjoyed working here with all the teachers and students. I would say that Oyabu has the best student/teacher enthusiasm when it came to English. It does help when there is already a resident English teacher here teaching English 4 times a week. He was with me for all my lessons which made the teaching part really easy. And because he is a teacher that all the students know it was easy to keep discipline in the classes.
Anyway I come to school thinking that I need to make a speech in front of the whole school in some kind of assembly but when I got here no one mentioned anything. So I thought I was in the clear. Than when the principal came in, he told me that he forgot to tell everyone about my last day here. So I thinking that a last minute assembly is impossible but I forgot about one thing… the broadcasting room.
After lunch the English teacher, the principal, and I went to the broadcast room. I had to think of a speech fast since I totally thought I wasn’t gonna do one. Anyway I used the “I had lots of fun… thank you for welcoming me… please do your best in the future in regards to English…” speech, in Japanese… nah just joke. The English teacher was there to translate everything into Japanese for me. Anyway after I said my speech the principal came back on and told the whole school to give me applause. He also said to do it loud enough so I might hear everyone. And then the school basically started rumbling. I heard all the kids screaming and clapping and it was… glorious. I stepped out of the broadcast room and saw all the third graders in the hall screaming and hollering. When I looked out the window I saw the building across the way and it had students spilling out of the windows clapping and waving. I felt like a totally movie star! Even the first graders were waving and clapping, and I have never even had them before. Man what a feeling…
I think I’m gonna really miss this school. There is a chance that I might come back here but nothing is for sure in the land of Board of Education… actually next year I stat to teach at the junior high schools so if I were to get this district I would also get to see my old sixth graders.
The year went by so fast…

FAME!
I wanna live forever, I wanna learn how to fly! Ok I needed to put that in there for two reasons:
1- Joel is really embracing his cultural heritage(s) by doing his Filipino dance thing. I remember when he used to bitch about it, but I think the bruddha wen finally crack!
2- For some reason the schools that I’m at break into song in the middle of the morning meeting. It was very Broadway musical-esque.
Anyway for some reason the two schools I have been at this week break into a song during the morning meeting. I don’t know what’s going on because first no one tells me anything and if there seems to be some kind of announcement, everything is in Japanese. I look like an idiot because here I am reading a book ignoring the morning meeting as usual when everyone is standing around the room WITH A MUSIC SHEET, and they start singing. So I stand up because I feel weird being the only one sitting down and they don’t give me a music sheet. Honestly I probably couldn’t follow anyway but to stand there and hold a music sheet like everyone would be nice. And on top of that, all the teachers can read music and follow with the right pitch and everything. For a society/culture that doesn’t like humility and embarrassment they sure seem to dish it out pretty good.
The moving situation at home is slowly starting to proceed. We just signed the moving contracts and all the legal things yesterday. In a week or so we might be in our new apartment so send prayers to us for a quick and easy move. It’s pretty interesting how much crap you can accumulate in 7 months time. I think there’s gonna be lots of rubbish in the new future. The biggest thing we’re worried about is getting our deposit back. When we first moved in we paid a 1,000 deposit o something. So when we move out, if anything needs repairing then they take it out of our deposit. Our friend here said that not all places will give you back your deposit so we need to make our apartment as immaculate as possible. I’m a little worried about a few things like holes in the wall due to my excessive need to put stuff on my walls and my closet pole fell when we first moved in and made a big gouge in the wall. I’m assuming that I need to pay for that but hopefully it will go unnoticed.
Other than that nothing much was going on in the land of the rising sun. Until next time…

What the hell is White Day??
The polar point of Valentine’s is here. In Japan it is White Day! A completely fabricated holiday so the women can get back at the men for spending all that money on Valentine’s. Anyway I still have no idea what to get Krystal for White Day. All I now is that it has to be white and it has to be 3 times the amount of what I received on Valentine’s Day.
This weekend was a pretty good weekend that it was filled with 4 of the 6 activities that makes a man.
1- Toys
2- Alcohol
3- Gambling
4- Barbeque
5- Gratuitous Sex
6- Action packed Violence
And during this past weekend we experienced 1-4. On Saturday we decided to do some cultural activities and went to a museum. Yeah it was pretty cool because it was a TOY MUSEUM! It was a Japanese figurine museum, in which I have wasted much money on so far in Japan. I think it was a personal collection of the dude that was running it. He had tons and tons of stuff. The museum was made up of four rooms on two floors all filled with figurines. He had one room devoted to DragonBall and tons and tons of Godzilla and Ultraman stuff. I guess you need to have those if you wanna be a collector here in Japan, But to my surprise he had a lot of new stuff like Naruto, One Piece, and Gundam. It was very cool.
Then we went to my friend Kevin’s house to play some hold’em. It’s been a while so I was super rusty. I wasn’t the last person out though. BUT I DO WANT TO COMMENT on one thing. My downfall was when I lost having pocket Kings and pocket Queens. Why is it that these cards are destined to lose? One would assume that if you had a pocket anything your chances of winning go up but pocket kings and queens. ITS THAT BLASTED ACE I TELL YOU! Why is it that when I ever get an ace in my hand one never shows up but when I holding pockets the aces are so…numerous?! Why?! Anyway I lost but that’s ok it was good gambling fun. What wasn’t fun was that night when I went home I vomited like I had swallowed a dog. Hint- Never drink crap ass red wine, it gets you drunk but sick as a boy sucking on the puss coming from his ingrown toenail!
On Sunday we started a new sumo pool. The March tournament just started and so did the small gambling ring we started. The first day of the tournaments are usually fun since we all get together to choose our wrestlers and do some trash talking. Yesterday was especially awesome since we had a grill going on with bratwurst, polish sausages, mashed potatoes, chicken, and good old-fashioned burgers. It was pretty awesome! Also needed to mention the game of Cranium we finally got to play. Krystal and I lost miserably but it was playing the game that was best part, that and William’s uncanny humming expertise…. Ewww
The weekend was awesome and well suited for the male species; ironically Krystal also had lots of fun.

Cause I, am a pretty piece of flesh I am...
Ok so back at my Friday school and besides the weather being kind of crappy… today is a good day… Ice Cube… Remember when he was just a rapper? OK so I had the third graders today and the lesson was such a good one. I did my usual end of the year Jeopardy-esque game and they all loved it. Something about getting points in the hundreds makes that game really cool. But I was a little worried before I got her seeming that last week the third grade teachers be prepared just incase the students start to cry. CRY? I don’t want them to cry… who knows what would happen if that goes down.
Anyway the past week I have been taking my camera to school to get pictures of my classes and stuff. It’s kind of weird thinking that in a couple of weeks I might have completely new schools and I have to start all over again. Kind of jealous of the person who gets my Friday school after I leave because everyone here is cool except that one grade, and next year they won’t be here so all around a very good school. So hard to leave soon…
I just made the decision to go to Taiwan during Golden Week, a week so Golden that the whole country basically has this week off. Everyone in Japan seems to go somewhere during the week so why shouldn’t I? Actually the real reason for people in Kyoto to get out is because Kyoto itself is a really big tourist place and people from other parts of Japan are coming as well as foreigners. So we decided to go to Taiwan. Why you might ask? Well originally we wanted to go to Saipan but all the flights are booked and we can’t get a good deal on anywhere else in the Asia area. I’ve started to hear mixed emotions about vacationing in Taiwan but they way my buddy Kevin put it, “Hey it’s either really awesome and we have a good time or it sucked ass but you could say I’ve been to Taiwan.” Which is a very good way to look at our situation.
This weekend…. OH there’s poker this weekend! I’m going to head over to Kevin’s house for a little male-bonding poker action. HAHAHA that sounds funny so I’ll leave it in. Krystal decided to hang out with her cousin one more time this weekend so its just going to me and the BoyZ! Other than that we have to start packing since we will be moving in a week.
We’re really excited about the new apartment and new neighbors. Ahh, tatami floors, three rooms, a nice ass bathroom, a separate toilet, balcony, a proper kitchen, and in the near future maybe some satellite TV? We’ll see about that. I can probably hold out until summer but once football season starts I want to have the dish working.

Kranium....Denied!
Everything that we set out for this past weekend was accomplished except for the Kranium match with our soon to be Rez-O peeps. Actually the game was put on hold because of the urgency to buy Jack Johnson tickets. He's coming to Japan and since he's from Hawaii we need to show him the aloha spirit and a concert sounds like fun.So we went to the enkai for the people leaving the Kyoto branch of Tensho-Kotai-Jingyu-Kyo. We went to a nice restaurant close to Kyoto Station. They had some real awesome food and of course the Japanese cultural must, bottomless alcohol. It was a nice dinner with Japanese and English riddles flying around. One culture trying to stump the other. I guess the highlight of the evening was when one of the doshi (member) enlightened us when new knowledge of the word "a-zas". It's bascially arigatou gozaimasu broken down to be quicker. Anyway I think a recent comedian made the phrase popular and many people are taking about it. But the funny part is that you say the phrase with a weird tone. Kind of like if you were trying to squeeze the very very last drop of toothpaste and saying "a-zas" while doing it. It was very funny! There is also a gesture that goes with the word which is basically raising your hand behind your head really slowly. Hilarious stuff. Then on Saturday we had Jamie's birthday party. (Jamie is our british friend, for you Joel) It was a ncie apartment but it was in the northwestern most point of the city and took a while to get there. So with the party people we played some drinkng games like the dice one and Thumper. Eveyone had a nice drunken party. On Sunday we met up with Krystal's cousin and went to a famous shirne nicknamed, "The Moss Shrine." Its really really far west and at the base of western mountains. Anyway I guess there is a lot of rain and moisture so there tons of moss everywhere. But the shrine itself wasn't that spectacualr. They had a nice garden, some shrine archery game where you pay 3 dollars to shoot two arrows. That was kind of fun. But then as we were about to leave we got word of a beautiful moss garden that is supposed ot be really famous. We walked along ways until we were kind of lost and so we asked an elderly couple on an afternoon walk for directions. It turns out that the reallu famous place can only visited by reservation and there was a sign that says you must participate in all the religious activities. Weird huh?We were in luck cause there was a temple right next door to the famous moss garden shrine that everyone goes to because the other place needs a reservation. So anyway we went to a temple that translates into Bell Bug Temple. And what did we find? The people who run the temple have tons of crickets in cases. Why? I have no idea. Anyway there was a priest guy that was telling everyone how to pray and stuff but i couldn't understand a word he was saying. We left the temple statisfied that we accomplished a lot of cultural things. Then it was off to buy the Jake Johnson tickets and an unexpected trip to the awesome sushi place for dinner. The weekend was just too short...So now its Wednesday. Halfway through the week and I feel so tired already. I have my observation lesson tomorrow and am kind of worried since the class I have to do the less for is really rowdy. We were supposed to be on the fourth lesson but I got sick a couple of weeks ago and missed a day. Then the same classes didn't even listen to a thing I said, so that means we're doing a review of lesson two. I hope they do well. They say that amazing things happen in an observation lesson... I hope my amazing thing is that no jumps out the window... again.Break it Down
Ding Dong the Witch is Dead!
The wicked witch is dead!! By witch I mean my sixth grade classes at my Friday school. The day has finally come where I have finally suffered for all my previous sins! Well today was the last day for the sixth graders. Well technically I have one more lesson with a sixth grade class but the teacher just asked me to do a lesson in 15 minutes. I guess the thing that I would have to worry about would be if I had to come back to this district-group thing. Well at least all the other grades like me… I think.
They were just as horrible as before but I had a simple thought running through my head, “its over finally over!!” They were doing their usual demonic deeds in class but nothing could really get me down. The worst of the three classes even gave me this thank you note/message/letter thing and even that was done half-heartedly. Well there were a few of them that put some effort but the majority of the class was just as thrilled as I was that English was over. May they (all the ones that gave me trouble) fail miserably and be stuck in the bottomless pit of English Learning. HAHAHAHAHA I feel so giddy!
Other than that can’t wait until I get home. It’s been two weeks since I had a good weekend, seeming that we had the volunteering thing last week. Anyway we have two parties scheduled this week and beer never looked so inviting. First is the enkai thing for Krystal’s church members. Two the members are leaving to other areas so they would be moving. So as the youth group, (I think we’re part of the youth group) someone organized a little get together. Then on Saturday we have Jamie’s Birthday party. It seems like its going to be a really cool house party with drinking games and partying. AND THEN on Sunday we have a Kranium get together at the Rez-O. We’ve been in somewhat of a “withdrawal state” being that we haven’t played since like FOREVER! So the weekend is packed with oh so much wonderful things to do!
Last night we went over to our friend Danny’s house and played some D&D. That7s right, we played some Dungeons and Dragons. It was me, Krystal, our friend Dan, and our British friend Jamie. In that same order in the D&D world: Gaerth the Thief, Rose the Halfling Wizard and her pet owl Muu Muu, Ban the Ranger, and Torrol the Cleric. Our other friend Danny played the DM (Dungeon master) all we needed were some inhalers, Star Wars shirts, braces, and it would have been GEEK-ville High School all over again. Krystal said she enjoyed playing and I think it might become a weekly/bi-weekly thing. TO THE DUNGEON-KEEP!

Mine Fields!
Ok so on Tuesdays and Wednesday I have my two furthest schools. The closest train station from these schools is a good 20 minutes walk. So every week I need to walk a good distance. But the thing I noticed is that in the south area of the city, it’s dirtier than in the city. I guess that is expected since in the main city area you have your corporate buildings, city hall, hospitals, and etc. But in the south part of the city, you have more industrial areas, fields, and everything is a little “grungy”.
Ok so back to me walking to school, I have a rather slow and casual walk going on but I really need to keep my eyes open for dog shit. The stuff is everywhere! And it’s not just the logs but pieces that have been previously stepped on and then smeared a couple of steps. It disgusting! The worst part is that you can smell it as you walk too, especially if it was raining or when the ground is wet. People are usual considerate of picking up after their dogs but I don’t know about this area. In the city you see the dog carrying his/her own bag of shit in their mouth. That’s good training. So yeah, dog shit, disgusting…
But that’s not all. I also noticed that every walk I take in the week I see morning vomit. Barf, Ralph-mono, spew-age, involuntary human protein spill, blowing chunks, etc. Why are there random splashes of vomit on the sidewalk? And let’s just say that you can tell that it’s morning vomit. The pool looks wet and you can see morning food bits. I don’t go around looking for pools of vomit but while you’re looking out for the dog shit you just come across the spew. It’s a good thing that I don’t smell that stuff because if I were to get just one sniff of that stuff than I would have to add to the mess.
I just wanted to share with people my weekly routine of dodging smears of dog crap and pools of vomit. Sorry if I have spoiled dinners, breakfasts, or lunches. I also apologize for any mess on your computers.
Have a nice day!

Red Bull and Vodka?
Man, I’M STILL TIRED! What the hell? Last night Krystal and I fell asleep after watching our usual Tuesday night drama. I would day it was only about 10:15 when we were both unconscious. I didn’t think that camp was going to make my body this exhausted. Its only Wednesday and I really want to sleep in. I’m sure a good 12 hour sleep should put my body back in the groove.
Of course it doesn’t help that my teacher wanted me to plat Fishy Fishy today with the 5th graders. He came to me this morning and said, “I’m sorry, about not emailing you. So today’s lesson is… I don’t have one. What shall we do with the go-nensei?” (5th graders) I didn’t want to start a whole new lesson so I said let’s play a Hawaiian game. I can teach them about where the game comes from and then we can go to the playground and play it. He was all for it. And like a charm the Fishy Fishy lesson went smoothly. You know when the kids have fun when they all want to play one more time but can’t because that would take away the time for the next period. Anyway it was a success and I’m left with a sweaty under shirt and a semi-sprained ankle.
Again I rolled my ankle. I don’t know why I have such weak ankles but the rolling always happens. I was running across when at the safe zone a kid stepped on my foot and totally rolled it. I went down to the dirt too. All the kids started to “Oh and Ah” because the kid brought me down. I guess its ok now but I am sitting down and trying not to move my left ankle as much as possible. I hope it gets better for tomorrow/
Guess what we’re doing today? ITS TACO NIGHT BABY!! That’s right Krystal said its going to be tacos for dinner and it going to be awesome! Mexican food is a rarity here in Japan so whenever we have it, it must be an event. Not to mention that Naruto is on tonight. Last week the coolest thing happened on Naruto. Everyone is fighting in a death battle to get Sasuke back and as all the fights are going on an unknown figure is closing in on them. Naruto fighting some weird bone dude, is down to his last shadow replica when out of the forest comes ROCK LEE with a Konoha Spin Kick. How awesome is that?!? Naruto than goes after Sasuke who has come out of the barrel to increase his power. And the only two people in the field is Rock Lee and the Bone dude. But the Bone dude seems to be a little faster than Lee so what happens? Lee stops the match to down a bottle of Sake and is taking the pose of the drunken master. So a drunken master fighting position versus a Bone dude… who’s going to win? That’s why you need to watch tonight!!
Sorry to all that had to read that and not understand anything. But to those that do, you need to get to episode 124 ASAP. Until then GAMBATTE DATTEBAYO!
