Mine Fields!

Ok so on Tuesdays and Wednesday I have my two furthest schools. The closest train station from these schools is a good 20 minutes walk. So every week I need to walk a good distance. But the thing I noticed is that in the south area of the city, it’s dirtier than in the city. I guess that is expected since in the main city area you have your corporate buildings, city hall, hospitals, and etc. But in the south part of the city, you have more industrial areas, fields, and everything is a little “grungy”.

Ok so back to me walking to school, I have a rather slow and casual walk going on but I really need to keep my eyes open for dog shit. The stuff is everywhere! And it’s not just the logs but pieces that have been previously stepped on and then smeared a couple of steps. It disgusting! The worst part is that you can smell it as you walk too, especially if it was raining or when the ground is wet. People are usual considerate of picking up after their dogs but I don’t know about this area. In the city you see the dog carrying his/her own bag of shit in their mouth. That’s good training. So yeah, dog shit, disgusting…

But that’s not all. I also noticed that every walk I take in the week I see morning vomit. Barf, Ralph-mono, spew-age, involuntary human protein spill, blowing chunks, etc. Why are there random splashes of vomit on the sidewalk? And let’s just say that you can tell that it’s morning vomit. The pool looks wet and you can see morning food bits. I don’t go around looking for pools of vomit but while you’re looking out for the dog shit you just come across the spew. It’s a good thing that I don’t smell that stuff because if I were to get just one sniff of that stuff than I would have to add to the mess.

I just wanted to share with people my weekly routine of dodging smears of dog crap and pools of vomit. Sorry if I have spoiled dinners, breakfasts, or lunches. I also apologize for any mess on your computers.

Have a nice day!

eww that's disgusting! i noticed that too, about the dog poo, in the mukaijima area. what's up with that. if you can't clean up after your dog, then you don't deserve one!
