Wow, I'll tell you what WOW.
Wow is not even close to how I would explain today's weather. WHAT THE HeLL IS GOING ON TODAY!?!? When I woke up I noticed it was slightly darker than usual, so when I peaked out of the blinds I noticed that it was pouring. Luckily today seems to be the day where I need to got to my far school. Did I upset someone by any chance?
The only thing that protected me was the designer warm up suit that I bought in Fukuoka. It seemed to be water repelant... not resisitance. I wouldn't actually assume that the suit could take on pouring rain but I thought it did its job for today.
But what the fuck with the umbrella???!?! I seemed to have purchased the "in between in all aspects of an umbrella" umbrella. It was just large enough to cover head but not for my backpack. It was just deep enough for me to stick my shoulders under it but not my hands. It was just heavy enough that I hard a hard time trying to hold it against the wind. I thin I really pissed someone off today...
But luckily I had the skills of a Nihon-Jin (Japanese Person) and my one handed steering, one handed umbrella holding, and impecable sense of when to run the light and when not to, got me to school today. I was about 5 minutes late but in this storm I think the teacher s were surprised that I made it school.
Krystal purchased a poncho yesterday. I dunno if I can fit the ponchos here. It might be something I need to send for from home... a regular sized poncho. So as Lisa said there is another fircken hurricane coming. That would explain all this crappy ass weather. But on the other hand I like it when it rains so I'm torn, do I favor the my most ideal type of weather or do I favor the stormy weather that7s probably gonna give me pnuemonia on the way home. Weatherman says that the hurricane is supposed to be here tonight or early evening.
Perfect weather to be at home rapped up in a book, still in your PJ's, and under the blankets...
