Lightsabers ROCK!
What didn’t happen this weekend? Man I don’t know where to start. I guess I have to start at… Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Ok finally went to go see it and… I totally crapped my pants…more than once. I came out of the theater and my pants felt foamy. It was so awesome! The fact that I haven’t really seen a movie in, forever, added to the level of excitement when I went to see this movie. Other than the few weird awkward moments between Anakin and Padme, the movie was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for more lightsaber battle scenes (well I guess I could of) and more action. During the movie I got so excited that I started to run in place in my seat. I know I said that being in elementary school was my element but in a close second is sitting in a movie theater. And I was also glad that I saw the movie on the big screen since the movie theater is the only way to enjoy this movie, it was awesome!
After the movie we had a going away party for one of my friend’s boyfriend. He’s planning on going to Australia for study abroad. It was a nice small party and of course there was music and booze. We left a little earlier than usual to watch a scary movie with Krystal’s sisters. Kum Laude aka Kumiko aka Karyn, loves to watch horror movies so we decided to watch one together. At the rental place they had a large Japanese horror section, which even I was a little nervous about renting (they are super scary) but fortunately many of the good ones didn’t come with English subtitles. We started to look in the American horror section and found a few but nothing that got our interest. Just when we were about to lose hope I remembered a movie that was scary as hell but not in the horror section. The movie is Event Horizon. If you haven’t seen it and like space horror films you might like this one. While watching it I forgot how gory the movie was. They show twisted scenes of nightmare-ish hells and it’s not pretty. Krystal couldn’t really handle so she ended up forcing herself to sleep, a very popular tactic of hers.
Then on Sunday was the big kickball tournament. Krystal took her sisters shopping in Osaka so I was free to kick some ass. When we got there people started to slowly trickle in except they were all from the SHI. We needed more FUs to come but only about 5 showed up. Seeming that they didn’t know how much we wanted to beat them we had to separate the teams so all could play evenly. So it became a regular kickball match. As disappointing the tournament was the actually kickball game was intense and fun. We all played hard and you could totally tell who was a SHI and who was a FU. We played two games and I am proud to say that I was one the winning team, twice. Not because of my own single effort but the efforts of all the guys that came out to practice and scrimmage and were totally on their game. Kickball…I LOVE THAT GAME!!
So Monday comes along and the sisters leave for Yamaguchi and the house is empty again. Krystal does some crazy vacuuming and the house is back to normal. Who would have thought that two girls could shed so much hair?
With the house finally empty Krystal and I decided to go on a small date together. It was nothing too fancy, just some time to spend together. Krystal’s teacher lives near a path called Philosopher’s Road. It’s a popular tourist destination because of Ginkakujin (silver shrine) and many other shrines in the area. Anyway during the humid, hot, and supposedly rainy season part of the summer, the path is a breeding ground for fireflies. .We were really excited to go since neither of us had seen fireflies before. We got on a bus and headed towards the Philosopher’s Road. On the way we decided to grab some dinner and agreed that we find a nice Japanese place. With the sisters in town for the last two weeks or so we didn’t have the chance to eat Japanese food. We found this little diner looking place and it reminded us of home. We couldn’t really put our finger on it but it had something to do with the color of the seats and tables, the menus and/or the TV in the corner. The food was EXCELLENT! I hadn’t felt like that since the first time Krystal and I went to Kura Kura sushi, after begin away from Genki Sushi for a month. Something about the home style cooking that made the meal that much more awesome. Anyway we stuffed ourselves with katsu-don, zaru soba, and shrimp tempura. Ok back to the fireflies.
The rainy season in Japan has been everything but that, rainy. The humidity is at intolerable levels but not one drop of rain had fallen. And the one thing the fireflies need to breed is lots of water and humidity. We walked along the Road, which was about 4 blocks or so but only got to see three fireflies. Yet even the three that we saw were pretty awesome. It was so cool to see these little specks of neon green light just hovering over the water. We definitely plan to go back when the rain comes or if we have to, until next year.
I also started a new school this week. And they have AIR CONDITIONING in the staff room. Finally a school that knows where its priorities are! It’s a super small school with less than a 100 students total. Each grade has some where around 10 students. But because of this statistic they decided to merge the 3rd and 4th grades together and the 5th and 6th grade classes together. The situation wouldn’t be bad except for the fact that I need to teach each block for two hours. So I have two classes a day each being 2 hours long. I guess its not so bad but, it’s just that I need a break between classes to just get my head clear. But they do have air conditioning so I can’t really complain huh?
Extra news: just bought and received my plane ticket home. Its going to be for a while so no worries Dooku is coming home. But the shitty thing is that Krystal will not be joining me. She debated for a long time and it was wiser to save money and save vacation days. If she were to go home with me she would have to take 13 more vacation days leaving her with about 9 for the new year, a year that has many traveling plans and destinations in the works. But the plan is to go home together in the winter so it should be alright.
Ok I don’t know what write so…oh yeah we might go to see Batman Begins tomorrow which for some reason is out in Japan earlier than Star Wars. Weird. Nevertheless it should be awesome. I’ve read some really cool reviews and its going to be a competition of which is the greater summer blockbuster, Star Wars or Batman Begins.
I LOVE THE SUMMER and KICKBALL!!

Next Stop... Not Zippy"s
God I wish the next stop was ZIPPY'S. So, I found my way to another school today. For the next couple of weeks I’ll be making my rounds to about 5 other schools. Which means that I have to teach my introduction lesson until September. Each school has about 3 days where I come to visit and in three days all I can do is my introduction, Hello, My name is, and hw are you. I guess that’s not too bad. For example the school that I just finished my visit at was Junpu and I won’t see them again until December. It was a really small school and all the kids got to know me pretty quickly. I miss them already. But I have a new school and new kids to influence. What and awesome job!
I got to go to TOYS R US the other day. I didn’t know why I was so happy there. I guess the “kid” inside of you never dies especially when you go to a mega toy store. So I walk in and the place looks just like it would back home. I expected to see lots of Japanese stuff but I as surprised to see American toys and games. The first thing that caught my eye of course was the Star Wars stuff. In light of the new movie, the whole front section is littered with Star Wars paraphernalia. I was trying not to look to hard because I’ll finally get to see the movie this weekend, and I didn’t want to spoil anything. But I couldn’t resist when I picked up a Dooku action figure. If Dooku were to see me as an action figure he would buy me in respect… right? Anyway what blew me away the most were the new Star Wars Legos. The bastard company keeps bringing them out like crazy. I saw the new prototype X-wings, some weird looking droid “Tri-Fighter”, and even something that resembled an AT-AT walker. All I know that is that I need to go home NOW to get in on the NEW LEGO ACTION!
Then I came across a stack of light sabers. You could get Yoda’s, Obi-Wan’s, even Darth Vader’s but that caught my eye was the Mace Windu one. I mean come on, it’s a purple light saber that is trimmed with gold. Who wouldn’t want one? I totally wanted to get it but the better half/conscience was saying no, because I already had one. (Krystal) I was so close to grabbing it though…
(After a few Hours)
I just came back from finishing all my lessons. I feel that all the kids from small schools seem to be much better than biog schools and on top of that, the schools where they haven’t had an ALT is even better. I could basically do no wrong here. For the first recess and lunch recess I went out to the field and established my “street rep.” Already I can hear the kids talk about my awesome raw speed of the ball that I throw. Honestly I don’t think that its fast but then to a fifth or sixth grader it might look like a total rocket!! I love the feeling of dominating in dodge ball. Maybe that’s why I only play with kids, hahahaha. Anyway I went out there and made them think twice before throwing the ball my way or trying to catch my ball. I even went out there and totally killed the best players and caught almost everyone’s ball. I do admit that I got out a few times but that way the kids no that I’m human and that they’ll all try to hit me, which mean I get more playing time. MWAHAHAHAHA I feel like a total villain.Break it Down!
Procrastinators UNITE!
I’m just being lazy. Anyway this past weekend went by like a blur. As you might have known the 2 of the Sakata sisters were in Kyoto since Wednesday. The apartment has never been so packed. I thought that the place was pretty big but with the two sisters sleeping in the living room, I guess the place isn’t so big. I guess we just have to keep in mind when other people want to stay over.
Anyway we taught them how to use the buses and trains since we were going to be in work. They seemed to do ok but they admitted to getting lost on the first day alone. I was a little worried about them coming because out of the all the Sakata siblings Kazue and Kumiko were the ones to fight the most. It was a constant bickering battle between the two of them. Anyway the first day when they got lost they told us about their little scuffle and I just laughed to myself because I could picture both of them being wrong and arguing who was more wrong.
Kumiko: See Kazue I told you we were going the wrong way. If we keep going this way (west) we’re gonna hit Okinawa.
Kazue: Don’t be stupid Kumiko, Okinawa is in the north.
The two of them really crack me up. I also thought it was pretty cool that they came to visit because I miss picking on someone. (aka Denyse) It was refreshing to have younger siblings in the house to bothering again. I guess the spirit of the older brother never really goes away.
This past Saturday we had another kickball day. It was our last practice before the big game this Sunday against the FU’s. Anyway I was doing my normal routine out in left field when I went for a normal pop up and I totally pulled my back muscle. I thought I went for along time without it coming back but then on a simple catch it just went out. Why did it have to go out now, a week before the big game? At least it’s not as bad as it was the last time I throw it out. My back is actually doing much better today and everyday it gets a little better. With the help of the Shiatsu masseuse Krystal and Advil I should be all good for the game.
This week was a fun week because of my new elementary school Junpu. Yeah I know it sounds funny but the kids here are really cute and not at all jaded about English. I have 3rd to 6th here and this is the first time that they have had an ALT. Last year they had that pseudo English program called Frontier Kids but I’m here to make native speakers out of all of them. The kids are so good here and are willing to try anything. I played four different games using “Hello, my name is _________. Nice to meet you.” And no one complained once. I forgot about the rush you get when you go to a new elementary school. Crappy thing is that I leave after tomorrow. The school is really small and there’s only one class per grade so I’m only allotted three visits at a time. Next time I come back would be sometime in November.
In other news it’s hot like crazy here. I wonder if it’s hotter than Hawaii but I can’t really remember how the weather was like back home. I mean I remember being in the house all sweaty but with a fan I could live. Here all the fan does is move hot air around. We’re supposed to wear long pants to school at least jeans I think but it was o hot yesterday that I wore shorts and no one has really said anything to me. This just means I’m gonna ride my “foreigner card” out until someone says that I need to wear long pants to school. It like 90 degrees outside with a 80% humidity. I’m so not wearing long pants tomorrow. I miss the cold weather already…
I guess that’s it for now.

Baby Sumo...
Ok so I’ve been blessed to have another laptop on my desk. The thing is that its only half a laptop. By half a laptop I mean that a laptop only has two main duties at school. One is WORD to type out my blogs and the internet to either post the blogs or just surfing. So by assumption you probably should have assumed that this computer only has WORD. Actually it’s supposed to be a staff PC, but it seems like most of the teachers have their own, and there’s a desktop by the V.P.’s desk.
I just got word today that at this school they have some sort of exchange program where they have 6 college students (I think) from North Carolina participating in this school’s activities. They have the Carolinians going to PE classes and my English classes. Crap, just what I need, another group of foreigners coming in to steal my thunder. Nah nah nah lets not get too big headed. Anyway, my supervisor asked if they could come to my lessons and of course I said, OK. I don’t know what kind of program they are on or if they just decided to come to Japan for a month to see how it is like here. All I know is that I’m gonna have to pull out the stops and do my song and dance. (I have no idea what I just said. Where the hell did that come from?)
Just posted yesterday so not to sure what there is to blog about. OH YEAH!
So yesterday I was able to witness a pretty cool thing. After second period the kids have recess. After recess I was approached by a teacher and asked if I could go to the gym with him. I follow him to what I think is a sumo ring, which it is. Supposedly there is some kind of sumo tournament with a bunch of elementary schools. Kind of like intramural sports. Anyway the winners of each grade level get a free ticket to Tokyo, where they have a popular sumo stable and compete with kids all over Japan. I thought this was pretty cool since coming to Japan, I’ve learned to enjoy sumo. Plus I was told by someone I can’t really remember at the moment but he said that sumo isn’t popular with the young kids. He told me that sumo was an old people watching sport. But to see the young, avid followers, I found it pretty cool. Oh so anyway I was asked to come watch them practice and the kids did pretty well. Of course there was a huge sixth grader that joined the sumo club and of course I was asked to battle with him. Was I surprised? YES! He was pretty big but obviously he can’t possibly want to challenge me right? Well he did. And when he first came at me he charged with his head, (which is what you’re supposed to do) which totally caught me off guard. He bowled into my chest and sent me flying back a few steps. So what do you do? Do you let the 6th grader win to show he had spirit or do you beat him down with the mentality that you’re a student and I’m a teacher? I debated this for a good minute as he struggled to push me out. Well I decided that I can’t possible lose to a 6th grader so I beat him. I didn’t feel too good about it but I can’t have the whole school find out that I lost a sumo match against the biggest kid in school. Am I a bad person? … …. … … NAH!Break it Down!
In my Element...
I have finally returned to my place in this upside down Japanese world. After a whole three months away I came back to my elementary classes. I’m at Rakuo today, which was my old base school last school year. It was nice to see all of my kids again. And in response I think they were happy to see me too. Even kids I have no idea who they were, were saying “That’s Lee Sensei, the English Teacher.” And I don7t like to brag but it was music to my ears.
I was somewhat reluctant to come to Rakuo because of the demonic sixth graders, (last years fifth graders). Well they weren’t that bad compared to my other school but they could get under your skin really fast. I walked into my usual English teaching room, and when the kids came in I was super surprised. They were acting like, “nice kids.” They all came in somewhat quietly; all of them gave me very enthusiastic “Hi’s” and waited for my instruction. I guess the teacher really has a big influence on the way the students act. Last year the fifth grade teachers were all push over types and the kids totally walked all over them. This year they moved up the old fourth grade teacher and one of the male teachers and the class is totally different. And it’s not like the teachers are Nazis or anything, I pretty sure that all they did was put kids in their place when they started to act all crazy. All I know is that I think this year is going to be much better than last year. And the best part is that I’m only at my first elementary school out of the 7 that I have. Things can only get better right?
Well the past few days have been pretty interesting. On Saturday we went to a friend’s house to celebrate her boyfriend’s birthday. It was a nice little party that had many people drinking and having fun. We played a few drinking games that I’ve never played for thus my very drunken state Saturday night. Than early Sunday morning (12:00 pm) we had another kickball day. The kickball days have been more frequent due to the Kyoto-Fu JETs calling us out. Kyoto-Fu are the JETs placed in the country part of Kyoto, Japan. Anyway we Kyoto-Shi (city JETs) are taking the kickball tournament to be something very serious and fierce. Anyway we had planned on going to the field to do some scrimmage but not enough people showed up so went carried on Plan B. Plan B was to have a small barbeque right there on the field. The barbeque was lots of fun and totally delicious! We had barbeque chicken, sausages, hot dogs, and beef. Man was it good, oh and yeah we had some vegetables…
But anyway the two Sakata girls should be coming in a few days now. Haven’t really started cleaning but just a few minutes ago Krystal looked at me seriously and said, “Tomorrow, definitely, we have to clean.” Sigh… again… sigh…
Oh and on a side note, we have been watching Family Guy and on one of the episodes, they do a spoof of Willy Wonka but it’s about a brewery not a chocolate factory. And here’s how the song went, sing to “Pure Imagination.”
Take a drink and you’ll sink to a state of pure inebriation
You’ll be tanked like the whole Irish nation
When you drink enough of my beer, you will find this magic rule
Make your every joke a jewel, you’ll drive drunker than Oksana Baiul
Go on buds, drink my suds ‘til you reach that pure inebriation
Though the beer may be free, you’re just renting it from me…
Hahahahaaha, that Family Guy show always cracks me up!
Back to the Middle and Around Again
Sorry it’s really has been a while since I last posted. Actually I tried blogging twice but the first time I didn’t have my jump drive and the second time I tried the laptop I was using in school couldn’t read my jump drive. I usually blog while I am at school but this past week has been a little difficult.
Anyway in new news, I have made it back to my base school. The very first school I started all the way in April. So far the students are not too bad. At this school the level of students’ enthusiasm is reciprocal to their attitude outside of school. During class, I can’t get any of them to say a simple “I’m ok” or answer any kind of answer. But outside of class I get bombarded with so many questions that sometimes the other teachers have to tell them to leave the staff room. It’s so weird here. So far each school that I have been to has had some sort of weird quirk unique to the school. The baseball guys seem to be the best “Jengrish” speakers. The best part was yesterday when they came and talked to me about their team. I asked them what position they played and my little comments but the funniest part was when this second year outfielder made a comment about the team captain that his position was “bench player.” I thought that was pretty funny. He izu Kaputan, but he izu za besto benchi pureya! Ahh, the kids make me crack up.
In other news just two more days until we I get to back to my element, elementary school. I can’t wait to play dodge ball, freeze tag, and just be the bully of the playground again. Something about having “street cred” in elementary school is pretty cool. Make all those little punks pay!!
This past weekend was pretty awesome. So many things happened that I don’t know where to begin. In the morning I went to one of my elementary school’s Sports Day. Its kind of like a Field Day. I was planning of skipping it in the morning but it was a good thing, since the teacher told their students that I was coming. But I watched their relays and competitions and made haste back home because it was also Costco Day!
This particular trip was pretty awesome because we decided to rent a van and go to Costco. Krystal played around with some numbers and found out that it would a little cheaper to rent a car than paying for all the train tickets. And because we had he car we got really crazy with meat and frozen foods. I would totally recommend going by car than by train. Oh yeah, not lugging around suitcases there and back was also a plus.
After Costco, I had an enkai with my old elementary school, which Kevin has this year. They were crazy as usual and everyone got drunk off their asses. This school totally knows how to party and party we did. We ended up going to two parties that night with the teachers and afterwards meeting up with the original Taiwan clique to do more drinking. I got so drunk that I started a slapping fight with my friend and you would be surprised what you don’t feel when intoxicated. We were really slapping each other in the face.
After coming home drunk, we had to wake up early the next morning (12-ish) to play some kickball. It seems to be a fad amongst us Kyoto JETs. Everyone loves to play kickball. What a funny sight it is to see a bunch of grown men and women play8ing kickball, some of them inebriated. Man kickball totally rocks!!
Not much going on in other news, except Krystal’s sisters Kumiko and Kazue (Karyn and Katrina) are coming next Tuesday. Krystal is pretty excited even though she doesn’t like to show it. She always talks about them coming and what we’re gonna do when they come. Actually I’m pretty excited about them coming too. It would be nice to see some familiar faces. But you know what that means? Crazy cleaning…. Sigh…

So little to do So much time...
Strike that, reverse it. Jeez, can you say “Tsukaretta?” Well if you can’t then too bad because it means I’m tired. These past 5 days have been a blur of food, drinks, and Lisa. Anyway last week Friday Lisa came up from Fukuoka. We went to go meet her at 9 and headed straight for some dinner. Dinner was awesome of ‘course, especially because it was at Denshichi. It’s supposedly the best sushi place in Kyoto. It says so in the Kyoto Lonely Planet. So yeah the food was awesome and I couldn’t think of a better way to start off the weekend.
After sushi we went back to our new place and caught up with Lisa. She was pretty impressed with the new apartment. She didn’t stop singing her praise of the new place which made Krystal and me beam with pride. But then Lisa wouldn’t stop singing and it got irritating. Nah just joke Lisa.
So Saturday comes around and lucky for Lisa it was a Kyoto City JET kickball day. It was a bunch of people playing kickball while slightly intoxicated. Lisa was actually pretty good except when she kept screaming when she ran. The Kyoto people seemed to accept Lisa for the quirkiness she usually brings and was immediately accepted. It was a fun day of kickball but then we left and of ‘course went shopping. Well it was shopping but shopping that I could do. First we went and got a massage from Latone, which is always good. Then we went shopping her some toys while Krystal went to get her hair cut. We grabbed some dinner at the local all-you-can-eat cabbage salad, rice, miso soup, tsukemono, and tonkatsu place. Then we went to the Wonder Tower of crane games. Lisa was a little upset because she dropped 2,000 yen In a crane game that didn’t giver her a prize. But the night was not over. We ended up going to karaoke, just the three of us and sang crappy songs to our hearts content. We went and sang songs we only knew choruses too or songs from anime themes. It was 2 hours well spent.
Sunday was a weird day since Krystal and Lisa went to Diamond City, the local mall. I refused to go shipping so I stayed home and did chores. But they came back by 3 since Krystal and her friends had to go to the Jack Johnson concert. So it was just Lisa and me. Lisa took a little nap and then we got some dinner at a yakiniku place. For the evening program we decided to grab a few videos.
So to be democratic I tell Lisa that she can choose one and then I would choose one. So we take our sweet ass time to find a movie and the movie that Lisa brings up to the counter looks like Korean soft porn. It has an overly studly guy with his shirt unbuttoned and three scandalously clad women hanging on him. Soft core porn right? So I’m all for the movie. We get home and pop it in when the story starts and its pretty weird. At first they introduce three sisters. The eldest already married and to a gynecologist with a child, middle sister with a virginity complex, and the youngest sister a slutty man eater. Anyway so this guy comes magically into their lives and “sexual liberates” each sister, by doing them of’ course. The youngest sister he changes and helps her to decide to choose one man, the middle sister to break out of her traditional shell and to be a normal woman with sexual needs (she was a 27 year old virgin), and the eldest to find joy in sex…again with her husband. So did he do his job? He turned 3 perfectly fine women into an honest girl, sexual craving girl, and a middle age MILF. And as all this is going on me and Lisa are starting to throw our hypotheses on what is really happening. Then in the middle somewhere somewhat jokingly we say maybe he’s some kind of sex angel. So what happens? At the end of the movie after everyone has their happy ending the dude is sitting with the deceased father talking about his daughters. Then the movie ends with the father asking, “so out of the 3 which one was the best?” He replies, “Don’t you mean?” And the movie fades while the camera does one more pan with the camera to show you all the characters. So was it? I think it was the gynecologist, maybe he just saw too many vaginas?
Anyway where was I, oh yeah… KOBE.
The Re-contracting JET Conference was held in Kobe. It was one of the main reasons for Lisa to come visit us. Anyway we left here Monday morning to get there around 1:30. We sat through the really long opening ceremony and speeches. But at 5, we were excused to go and explore the city. The first night we went to an all-you-can-eat Brazilian place. They served us meat from a sword and it was AWESOME! They also had baby corn! We pigged out on meat and I got a chance to catch up with some other Hawaii JETs that I met when we were still in Hawaii and at the Tokyo orientation. For some reason the pidgin just came out naturally.
After dinner we found a bar where I had too much to drink which turned into a slight hangover the next day. The second day was the worst since we needed to sit through 4 workshops on how to become better teachers and stuff. At least we were getting paid. I had to drag myself through the day knowing that we were gonna party it up again. That night we went to another all-you-can-eat place but this time it was dim sum. It was pretty good. Oh yeah funny thing, we were ragging our friend back in Kyoto about how much fun we were having in Kobe that he decided that he might come and join us for a drink. CRAZY! We ragged him so much with text messages and pictures that he got on a train and came to Kobe. He went to a bar to drink it up with him and gave him a cheering exit as he left for the last train to Kyoto. But the party didn’t stop there…
We ended up going to a club. I haven’t been to one in so long that I thought it would be fun. And fun it was. The whole place was filled with JETs and the party as jumping. The music wasn’t that great but the booze was flowing and everyone was emitting their pheromones. Man, did people want to get laid. My buddy Steve told me that the Kobe conference was pretty crazy because people that have been in the boney country side get to come out and get thrown into a pool of foreigners. And their first thought... is to get laid. It reeked pretty bad in there but the party was still fun. After getting drunk and totally sweaty we caught a cab back to the hotel.
With only 4 hours of sleep we managed to pack and check out by 8. Then it was a very horrible breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t bad but the hangover I had was killing me. We ha two more presentation and we were free to go. Managed to fall asleep in the Zen Buddhism lecture but made it out ok.
Although the conference was over Lisa still had half a day to cruise with us. We decided to stay around the Kobe area and hang with her since the next time we might see her would be September. On our way up to the train station I saw some gondolas which looked interesting. After a Wendy’s lunch we took a ride on the gondolas to the top of one of the mountains that overlook Kobe. On top there was an herb garden and a big green house, kind of like a botanical garden park. It was ok, something to do with Lisa. Then we took our time saying bye and then it was a long ride back to Kyoto.
All that I remember was unpacking, taking a shower, and crashing…
It was one hell of a weekend/beginning of the week. And coming up in two days is another weekend which is equally as packed. I have a Sports Day Event in the morning, Costco trip in the afternoon, and an enkai in the evening. Then on Sunday we have another kickball tournament. This weekend is going to be fricken CRAZY!!Sorry for the uber-long blog.
Break it Down!!
