Ahh... Home Sweet Home
Sorry for the delay but I have arrived in HAWAII!! I can't believe that it took me so long to come back home. Being away for so long you forget how beautiful and awesome HAWAII really is. When I was in Kyoto, lots of people would sing praise to the fact that I came from paradise. Then I would just say that Hawaii is bascially the same thing as Japan because of the buildings and all the Japanese people. I take that all back! Hawaii is Hawaii and there is no way that this place can compare to Japan. Krystal even called me on it and said, "why do you always say that Kyoto is just like Hawaii?" So Krystal, I apologize. I LOVE IT HERE!!
Of course I saw the difference as soon as I got off the plane. The air was must more cooler and fresher in a way. There was no 90+ degree weather or the 90% humidity. You also realize how crowded Japan is. Everything is really close together and tall. Coming back home I got a chance to see open fields and buildings that are only one story tall. AND GRASS!! I started freaking out when I saw grass! You don't understand that how much you appreciate grass unitl you've been away from it for so long.
And then it was straight to Zippy's. You don't understand a Hawaiians need for Zippy's. Its a place that is always open and there for you agfter a movie, club, party, or breakfast at 4 in the morning. The first thing that I ate when I got to Hawaii? Portugesse sausage, eggs and rice, chilli and rice with cheese, small saimin, and potatoe salad. It was a feast of a lifetime. Actually I didn't eat it all, I just order all of it to get the taste of the food that I have missed for a year.
The first couple of days have been full of FOOD. First night we went to Tony Roma's just for some ribs. It wasn't the greatest place to go but the food was still awesome. Then I had some authentic korean cooking the second night and Rainbow Drive Inn. I can't believe that I have been away from this kind fo food for a year. I know that food isn't the most important thing but you would be surprised in how much stuff you miss.
It's only been a couple of days but I feel like the counter for going bakc to Japan has already started. I don't want to leave but I also want to go home too. Krystal's in Japan and she hasn't been feeling to good and I know it can get lonely. I hope she feels better too.
Who knows what's gonna happen this week? All I know is that a poker night has been scheduled for very soon. Time to get my poker game on!
Break it down.

OMG its soooOOOOooo hot and humid.
